Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a entirely gated private pool, volleyball court, basketball hoop, outside shower, charcoal & gas grilles and a hot tub (mid level deck). Inside you'll find a Recroom with TV/DVD, pool table, full refrigerator and a Futon.

Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom with deck access and enormous private bathroom, Queen Master Bedroom with deck access, Queen Bedroom with deck access that shares a bath with a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and deck access, laundry area with washer and dryer and the hot tub is on the deck.

Top Level: Great room with TV/DVD, stereo with CD and deck access, dining area seating 12, well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4, half bath and a King Master Bedroom with TV, deck access and a huge private bathroom.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
