This gorgeous, new construction home is just across the street from the beach and offers impeccable vistas of the Currituck Sound. Some of the great attractions you can find within four miles of the home include the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, Whalehead Club, Historic Corolla Park, Currituck Banks Reserve, and Wild Horse Adventure Tours.

Outdoor living is key here! You will find an enclosed backyard with your very own shining pool, a poolside propane grille for warm-weather barbecues, and a convenient enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand. Multiple decks adorn this home as well, providing countless spots to relax and relax with your adored ones and even savor alfresco meals if the weather is indulgent.

Inside this air-conditioned abode, a comfortable and homey living room awaits. It's been furnished with cozy couches throughout, a enormous intelligent TV with streaming services, and a gas fireplace to keep you nice and warm during winter days. The chef of the group will have a blast preparing delicious treats for everybody in the entirely-equipped kitchen. It's complete with all the essentials, including a dishwasher for simple clean ups.
