We do not accept reservations from individuals under 25 and stringently prohibit third-event bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.

★ RENTAL AGREEMENT & CHECK-IN FORM
Booking Guest will be required to review and agree to the Terms and Conditions of our North Carolina Vacation Rental Agreement, as well as complete a Check-in Form.

★ TRUST & SAFETY FEE
We do not collect a security deposit. Instead, our company uses a third-event service for short-term rental insurance to ensure that the guest, the home, and its contents are protected during the stay. Please visit the Safely website for more information.

When to visit Corolla & When to book:

• Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring months is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
• Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group.
• Property managers usually offer guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses.
