Picture This is a well-maintained and thoughtfully appointed home providing visitors with a prime location, striking private pool and the ultimate Currituck Club vacation experience. This six-bedroom getaway is located among mature live oak trees along the 18th Fairway, just past the community's entrance for a short walk to the main clubhouse and exercise center. A golf cart in the garage is available for separate rental - call for details!

The open-concept layout in the top-level great room is ideal for entertaining and spending quality time with family and friends. Upgrades throughout the main level include vaulted ceilings, wood floors, and a gas fireplace in the living area. The kitchen provides plenty of counter space plus a bar overlooking the great room so that meal prep can be a family affair. The chef in your group will savor the double oven and wine refrigerator. With a main dining table for eight, a breakfast table for four and bar seating for six more, everybody can sit down and appreciate meals together. There's no shortage of outdoor living space either, with over 1,400 square feet of decking including three screened-in porches. At the end of the nighttime, getaway to the primary suite on the main level, which includes a opulent private bath with dual vanities and massive double shower. A second master suite is located above the garage for additional seclusion, and includes a sitting area, wet bar and private bath. A third master suite on the top level makes Picture This an ideal choice for extended families or multiple groups visiting together.

Outside, the elegant pool area will be your own private outdoor getaway. Take a exhilarating dip or lounge in the sun on the tanning shelf. The pool can be heated certain times of the year, ideal for off-season getaways. There's plenty of outdoor seating surrounding the broad flagstone pool deck, including a dining set with umbrella for alfresco meals or a poolside snack. The backyard features a second outdoor living space with hot tub and comfortable lounge seating circling a cozy fire pit.

When you're not on the beach or exploring Corolla, golf enthusiasts can book a tee-time or clinic at the esteemed 18-hole championship course designed by Rees Jones. But the Currituck Club is so much more than just a golf community! The Exercise Center provides guests with year-round amenities including a gym, tennis courts, volleyball, shuffleboard and more. During the summer months, getting to the beach is simple using the complimentary trolley service. Once you arrive at the beach, you'll be greeted by a valet who can assist you with carrying all of your gear (Memorial Day - Labor Day).

Getting the most from your rental budget:

  • In the Currituck area, The sooner you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved very early.
