2025 Upgrades will include a completely refurbished kids room with new beds and linens that will comfortably sleep 4. 2024 Upgrades supplied all new decks and railings replaced with Trex coated decking (so no more wood splinters from any deck surfaces). The yard has been landscaped on the east side to eliminate a huge olive tree and replaced with elegant plantings.

Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Gas fireplace is not available for guest use.

  • To get the largest vacation home within budget, we suggest booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Currituck attractions and restaurants.
  • In the Currituck area, The sooner your group can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved early. Reserving your vacation property up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer customers an option to add trip insurance protection.   • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself.
