Ground level: Outside you will find a carport with an outside shower, back yard with volleyball court, fenced in private pool with gas and charcoal grilles and a covered gazebo with picnic table. Inside is the Rec Room (no interior access to top level) with a sitting area, 43" flat-screen TV and Double Sleep Couch, half bath and pool deck access.

Mid Level: Entry Level, 2 Queen Master Bedrooms each with 43" TV and deck access, Bedroom with Bunk Set, Single, 43" TV and private deck access, Queen Bedroom with 43" TV and deck access, full hallway bathroom and laundry with washer and dryer. On the deck is a pergola covered Hot Tub.

Top Level: Great room with 75" flat-screen TV, double sided gas fireplace and deck access, kitchen with counter seating for 3 and the dining room seating 8 with deck and screened porch access. King Bedroom with 55" TV, deck access, whirlpool tub and a semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to living areas).

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

  • To get the best value, try shifting your vacation to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer warmer weather, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • The earlier you can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best properties are booked early. Reserving your rental home up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental.

  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager is not available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
