Mid Level: Entry Level, 2 Queen Master Bedrooms each with 43" TV and deck access, Bedroom with Bunk Set, Single, 43" TV and private deck access, Queen Bedroom with 43" TV and deck access, full hallway bathroom and laundry with washer and dryer. On the deck is a pergola covered Hot Tub.

Top Level: Great room with 75" flat-screen TV, double sided gas fireplace and deck access, kitchen with counter seating for 3 and the dining room seating 8 with deck and screened porch access. King Bedroom with 55" TV, deck access, whirlpool tub and a semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to living areas).

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

  • Does your family require particular amenities? Most rental websites include search filters for amenities. Filtering by amenity will allow you to quickly find the best rental.
  • Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all necessary amenities are included before reserving a rental.

  • Double-check the rental property to confirm that you've packed everything at check-out. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property one final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a terrific stay? Many rental managers make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property management company was great, they would love to hear about it.
