You and your whole family will savor this handsome home on our secluded property just a four min. walk from the beach. Heated pool and hot tub make it a great place to visit year round. Community tennis and basketball court. No need to cross route 12 or any busy streets. Surrounded by trees, your beach home offers unparalleled privacy for you to lounge around the pool or hot tub and appreciate your vacation in tranquility. The pool is salt-water, which means it’s easier on the hair and skin. The pool can be also heated upon request (additional fee applies). You can comfortably practice social distancing at our home and our beach. Located in the exclusive community of Ocean Sands, Section D has private beach access which keeps the beach uncrowded and the soft sands pristine. Section D beach also has its own lifeguard on duty (in season only) for your safety. The beach home is big, bright and sunny, with plenty of activities for everybody (tennis, playground, games and more). Gas and charcoal grilles as well. There is a tower sitting area where you can enjoy a beverage while watching the sunset or reading a good book. The home has 5 bedrooms (3 master), 4 bathrooms, a second living room area with SmartTV/futon, a private in-ground pool and outdoor shower. Two enormous decks allow you kick back and enjoy the sun, while staying close to home, or watching over your kids on our playground. A community tennis court is also one block away. The backyard has a bbq, picnic tables, swing-set and slide, plus plenty of sand for the kids to play around. For the golf lovers, we are right across the street from the Currituck Club, which is open to play for the public. We are not a big rental company. This is a family run business and we treat you like family. We are fast to respond if any issues arise and value the people who share our home year after year.
