Impeccably designed and furnished to perfection, this getaway offers unparalleled luxury and comfort. The addition of an elevator and recreation room elevates the experience for our guests, ensuring convenience and entertainment throughout their stay. Outside, a private L-Shaped pool and hot tub beckon for relaxation, while the sprawling decks provide the ideal setting for outdoor relaxation and enjoyment. Description:

Top Level:

A new elevator will bring you to the top floor which now features a new enormous king bedroom with vaulted ceiling, 58” TV, and ensuite bath complete with a walk-in shower.

The remainder of this floor’s open floor plan, completely refreshed in 2016, includes a half-bath and accepts for expansive vistas from the modern kitchen, dining room and great room. Two huge sliding glass doors and windows on the other three sides provide tons of sunlight and add to the open-air feel of this space. The kitchen is furnished with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a center island with 3 bar chairs. This well-equipped kitchen means everything you will need for your vacation is supplied, but food! For example, both a regular and a Keurig coffee maker, electric and Panini grilles, full-sized mixer, pots, pans, serving dishes, trays, dish towels, and even a surprise pull-out cabinet filled with spices, etc. are waiting for you to use. In the great room, you will savor a new “65” TV and a dining/game table for 4. There are two huge decks on this level, one sunny while the other is shaded, providing great vistas and comfortable seating. One deck has two Adirondack chairs and a picnic table, and the other deck has a round table with four cushioned chairs.

Mid-Level:

The mid-level features a new roomy king bedroom with a “58” TV and ensuite bath -complete with walk-in shower. On the other side of the entryway are two queen bedrooms, each with TV’s, a 4-person bunk room, and a fourth bedroom which has been converted to a single room with a new twin bed and TV. This is a ideal room for the person who wants their own space. Each of these four bedrooms has outside access to a deck where one has two Adirondack chairs, and the other has a swing. There are 2 full hall baths - one with a sizable glass walk-in shower and the other with a tub and shower – conveniently located to the bedrooms. The elevator is conveniently adjacent to the sizable mid-level entry entryway.

Ground Level:

On the ground level you will now find a new recreation room with a wet bar and refrigerator. Not just a kid’s area, adults appreciate watching their favorite shows on a new “65” TV. Also on this level, you will find a new laundry room, a completely modernized half bathroom, and simple access to the elevator from the covered parking deck.

Outside Level:

Outside, a huge one-of-a-kind bespoke-constructed “L” shaped pool (24’L x 24’L) has a connected kiddie pool and waterfall that flows into the bigger pool. Surrounded by a large semi-covered pool deck (which offers both sun and shaded areas), you can relax on comfortable, cushioned lounges and chairs, enjoy lunch by the pool at a table with four chairs, or relax in our new 6–7-person hot tub.
The outdoor shower includes a dressing area.

Having your own private pool and hot tub finishes the Resort Living ambiance.

The Sports Center is open every day of the year except for Christmas Day. Hours vary by season.

Cancellations: If, after your initial payment, you need to cancel your reservation, every attempt will be made to re-rent the property. All notices of cancellation must be in writing. If the property is re- rented at full price, you will receive a full refund of moneys paid, less a $150 cancellation fee, travel insurance premium (if purchased) and all applicable taxes. If the property is able to be re-rented, but at a discounted rate from what was paid, you will be refunded your rental payment, less the difference in the rental rate and the $150 cancellation fee. If the property is not able to be re-rented, you will forfeit all moneys paid to this reservation.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Corolla Light, a neighborhood in Corolla. Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education and Wild Horse Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars and The Sanderling Spa.
