Our home is roughly 6 miles up the 4x4 beach at the wide North Swan Beach - Pool, elevator and hot tub.

There is also a queen sleeper in the game room. There will be no fighting over bathrooms each bedroom has its own bathroom! There is a sizable open kitchen with fresh finishes.

Conveniences include a huge(29x12) private pool, hot tub, game room, ice-maker, second full refrigerator, coffee and wine bar, reverse osmosis system with the kitchen sink, washer/dryer and Wi-Fi.

You will find comfort and fresh living in this delightfully appointed new home. Level three offers enormous open concept living with marvelous ocean and beach vistas. A 75 " 4K UltraTV. An elevator for bringing up groceries to the cavernous kitchen with huge island, double ovens and a coffee/wine bar. The dining table is upsized with seating for the entire family with windows that allow you to watch the ocean. A impressive deck with broad ocean and beach vistas. A top floor ocean view Master King bedroom with a tray ceiling, sliding glass door access to the deck, and bathroom with huge walk in shower with double shower heads, double sinks and private toilet room.
