Roomy living area w/ TV/DVD and home theater surround sound stereo system, gas fireplace (mid-October to mid-May), ocean vistas, large ocean facing deck (gas grille), powder room, King Master Bedroom w/ TV/DVD, ocean vistas, dual vanity and hottub tub.

Mid-Level: 2 Queen Master Bedrooms, and 1 Master Bedroom with 2 Twin Beds, all with TVs and deck access. Cavernous laundry room w/ 2 washers & dryers. King master suite w/ TV, deck, hottub tub.

Ground Floor: Game room w/ pool table, wet bar, microwave, full size refrigerator & media area w/ 50" HDTV/DVD and home theater stereo with surround sound. Half bath w/ direct pool access. Bedroom w/ 2 Duobunks & private handicap friendly bathroom. Outside: Extensive pool deck w/ private pool (13x26), separate kiddy pool, hot tub (7), outside shower, gas grilles.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations: If, after your initial payment, you need to cancel your reservation, every attempt will be made to re-rent the property. All notices of cancellation must be in writing. If the property is re- rented at full price, you will receive a full refund of moneys paid, less a $150 cancellation fee, travel insurance premium (if purchased) and all applicable taxes. If the property is able to be re-rented, but at a discounted rate from what was paid, you will be refunded your rental payment, less the difference in the rental rate and the $150 cancellation fee. If the property is not able to be re-rented, you will forfeit all moneys paid to this reservation.
