LARGE!! 1000 sf great room for entertaining your group! Recently refreshed 6 bedroom 4.5 bath home on the 1st hole of the Currituck Club. Amazing vistas of the golf course and clubhouse. Walking distance to bars, eateries, grocery store and the golf course. The main community pool is just a 2 min walk away, with a snack bar, playground, tennis, basketball, and exercise center. There are additional pools available for use as well as tennis. A trolley picks up at the end of the driveway, and will bring you and your beach stuff to the beach, pool and community amenities at no charge. There is a tracker app to locate the trolleys.

The home has huge bedrooms with brand new pillowtop bed on the Queen and King size beds just purchased in 2019 from Mattress Firm. All the furnishings are new as of 2019 as well.

There is a 6 person hot tub for the guests enjoyment overlooking the golf course.

The wild horses are just a few miles away, with painless access to the 4 Wheel drive area.

We have chosen Sunday check in/out due to the traffic on Saturday to make it easier for our guests.

Substantial Cooler, 10 x 10 beach tents (2) and beach chairs included.

Well equipped kitchen with 2 crock pots, 2 pressure cookers, waffle irons, griddle, multiple pots and pans, dishes and glasses for well over 20 guests. 2 Refrigerators with ice makers.

Air Condition system that is maintained and major section of the home was replaced in 2019 with a new system.

Not located in a flood zone, no worries of flooding in a hurricane or storm.

Strongest wifi signal available with an extender to reach the entire home.

Trolley picks up at the end of the driveway and will bring guests to the beach and association amenities, pool tennis, exercise, volleyball, beach etc.

2 Car garage available for guest use, with app on your phone to use for a garage door opener.
