The Space:
The top level features a roomy king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, providing a private getaway. The refreshed kitchen is equipped with all new appliances and a breakfast bar, ideal for casual dining. The living room offers a intelligent TV and an electric fireplace, creating a comfortable ambiance for relaxation. A half bathroom is conveniently located off the kitchen. Additionally, there is a loft area with a couch and TV, ideal for additional calming space.

On the mid level, you'll find another king bedroom with an ensuite bath, and a queen bedroom with an ensuite bath, ensuring ample privacy and comfort.
