This rental has something for everybody which makes for the ideal fit for huge families or groups of friends. Suntan up on the crows nest, jump in the pool after a hot day at the beach, relax in the spa, eat dinner on patio with ocean vistas, play a game of volleyball or basketball on the outdoor courts, or head inside for some pool or air hockey!

The Space:
The top level features a cavernous king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, providing a private getaway. The refreshed kitchen is equipped with all new appliances and a breakfast bar, ideal for casual dining. The living room offers a intelligent TV and an electric fireplace, creating a comfortable ambiance for relaxation. A half bathroom is conveniently located off the kitchen. Additionally, there is a loft area with a couch and TV, ideal for additional calming space.

On the mid level, you'll find another king bedroom with an ensuite bath, and a queen bedroom with an ensuite bath, ensuring ample privacy and comfort. The bunk room on this level is designed for flexibility and can accommodate multiple guests with one bunk bed featuring two twin beds and another bunk bed with one twin bed and one double bed. A Jack & Jill bathroom connects the bunk room and the additional queen bedroom that is on this level.

The ground level serves as the main entrance through the carport. This floor includes a game room/living room equipped with an air hockey/pool table and a TV, making it the ideal hangout spot. There is also a second refrigerator and a laundry closet for added convenience. This level also includes a bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds, making it a great space for kids. A full bathroom is located in the hall for functionality.

The outdoor space is designed for enjoyment and relaxation, featuring a wrap-around porch, a crows nest for elevated vistas, and a hot tub for soaking. The private pool offers a invigorating treat, while a porch swing offers a serene spot to relax.
