Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms each with deck access, Master Bedroom with 2 Singles and deck access and a Master Bedroom with a Queen Bed, Day Bed and deck access. Den with TV/DVD and deck access and the laundry area with washer and dryer in the hall.

Top Level: Features a huge living area with wood floors, tons of seating, TV and marvelous Ocean vistas from the living area and outside decks with picnic table and deck furnishings. Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

  • Go through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
