Savor the charming ocean breezes from the deck of this comfortable Oceanfront home located on a peaceful cul-de-sac, just a short walk from the community pool.

Ground Level: Outside amenities include a private lighted beach access, outside shower and a gas grille. Inside you'll find a enormous Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and TV/VCR.

Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom with TV/VCR and Jacuzzi tub, Queen Bedroom with TV, full hall bath, and a Queen Bedroom that shares a bathroom with a Bedroom with a Double Bed and TV/VCR. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with TV/VCR and wet bar, half bath, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 3, dining room seating 10 and a Queen Master Bedroom with TV, private balcony and Jacuzzi tub.

Extras: 6 TVs, 4 VCR, DVD player, wireless high-speed internet access, lighted beach access with dune top gazebo, outside shower, gas fireplace (available November 1-April 30), gas grille, wet bar, public water, parking for 3 cars (no more than 3 cars will fit in the driveway), linens and towels supplied and Villages at Ocean Hill Community Conveniences. Beach Cabana Service: 4 chairs and 1 umbrella will be set up Monday- Friday at this homes private beach access. Look for your beach set up, weather permitting, from 10 am-5 pm, Monday through Friday, Memorial Day to Labor Day. Umbrellas and chairs may not be set up on extremely windy or rainy days.

Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Special Event Details: This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event accepting up to 75 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can't be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional costs that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is returnable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $1000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.
