Sunshine Stars is a five-bedroom oceanside home located Whalehead Beach, just three tons back from the shining Atlantic Ocean. Getting to the beach is fast and painless using the close by path that leads to the Barracuda beach access, only a four-min. walk from the home. The outdoor fun continues back at the home with your very own private pool and bubbly hot tub. After a day at the beach or calming by the pool, head inside and relax in the top-level great room that's comfortably furnished and ideal for gathering. Both the living area and a sunroom lead out to an broad east-facing deck with an ocean view. Back inside, the chef in the group will appreciate the well-equipped kitchen with double oven, gas cooktop and island with bar seating. Serve meals in the formal dining room for uninterrupted quality time with appreciated ones.
Sunshine Stars offers over 3,200 square feet of indoor living space and can comfortably accommodate multiple or extended families. The primary bedroom is located on the top level and includes a cavernous private bath with separate shower and jetted tub. Three additional bedrooms are located on the mid-level, one of which is a second ensuite. Downstairs, you'll find a third ensuite that offers plenty of privacy and access to the backyard. The garage has been converted into a rec room and equipped with a pool table for around-the-clock indoor entertainment
A multi-use path that runs through town is ideal for walking, running and cycling. Located on the north end of the Whalehead Beach community, Sunshine Stars is just a mile and a half from historic Corolla Village. Explore unique shopping and dining options plus famed Corolla attractions including the Whalehead Club, Currituck Beach Lighthouse and the Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education. From there, conveniently make your way to Carova and the 4x4 beaches to experience the legendary Corolla wild horses.
Please note that there is no ice maker in the kitchen refrigerator. A freestanding ice maker is located in the mid-level kitchenette.
