A bright and open floor plan offers plenty of space for everybody. Bonus mid-level family room and ground-level game room with ping pong table offer fun for the entire family! Located just 9 tons from the ocean access for an simple and straight walk to the beach. Also just a short walk to Corolla's historic sites. The private pool is sure to be the primary gathering spot for hot, lazy summer afternoons! It's surrounded by plenty of poolside furnishings and just a few steps away from the air-conditioned game room for cool drinks.....

Level 1: There is a game room with a ping pong table that offers fun for the whole family on this level. There is a bedroom with a bunk bed set and a single bed with a full-size bathroom. You will also find a huge wet bar to keep all of your drinks cold for your time at that pool. The washer and dryer are also located on the bottom floor. The game room leads you out to the pool area, where you can savor grilling out on a nice nighttime. There is a hot tub for the cool summer nights for relaxation, and the pool is 12x24. The ideal spot to come back to and just relax after a fun day on the beach. There is also an outdoor shower!

Level 2: Walk into the home and there is a staircase downstairs and the upper level with a handsome lounge area. There are 4 bedrooms with 2 King, 1 queen, and 2 twin beds. There are also 4 full-size bathrooms connected to each bedroom. Down the hall, there is a nice relaxation lounge room between all of the bedrooms. On the left side of the home, there is a wrap-around deck that has a staircase in the back that looks out and leads to the pool.

Level 3 (main level): This level has a bright and airy living area with tons of windows, seating, and a TV plus a impressive kitchen completely equipped for a big family dinner. The dining area has seating for 10 people and has an outside view. The cute breakfast nook is to the left of the staircase. There is a half bath in the main area. There is also a Master bedroom with a king-size bed and a full-size bathroom room with a alluring view and deck access outside.

Sticking to your spending budget:

  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends).
