Sitting directly on the Currituck Sound with impressive sunsets and located in the Historic Loop of the Currituck Club, this home offers luxury inside and out with plenty to keep the kids occupied. For nature lovers just look out the back windows or stand on the decks to see the nesting ospreys who come back year after year, bald eagles, a family of otters, purple martins, home finches, bluebirds, and nesting purple swallows. The sound vistas and nature scenes are simply enchanting. If you want to go to the beach, the home includes a membership to the exclusive Pine Island Beach and pool Club or you can walk or take the trolley to the Currituck Club beach. This is the ultimate soundfront vacation getaway. 14' x 32' private pool, hot tub, elevator, screened porch, and a grille. Multiple TVs and DVD players surround sound and high-speed WIFI. The rec room area features a pool table and the game room in the garage offers ping pong, air hockey, foosball, shuffleboard and Ms. Pacman/Galaga/Pacman Arcade Game. The loft area offers a poker table for family game nights. Community pools, tennis courts, and exercise center also available.

Located in Corolla, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education and Wild Horse Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars and The Sanderling Spa. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your family qualifies for a price reduction.
