Master Bedroom with 2 Singles and TV/DVD, Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Bunk Set, Trundle, TV/DVD and deck access and a full hall bathroom. Laundry room with 2 stackable washer/dryers and utility sink.

Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms with TV/DVD and deck access (one with a private balcony and the other offers a whirlpool tub), Bedroom with 2 Singles, TV/DVD and deck access and a full hall bathroom. Den/sitting room with a private deck that offers lighthouse vistas.

Top Level: Substantial open great room with wood floors, 47" flat-screen TV/DVD, stereo, surround sound and deck access, kitchen with ice maker, wine cooler and breakfast bar with seating for 5. Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Sticking to a spending budget:

  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer is the most expensive season in Corolla. To get the best value, try changing your group's vacation dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer warm temperatures, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property managers usually offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses.   • Double-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed all of your belongings at check-out. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property a final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition.
