The oceanside location means getting to the beach is safe and simple using the Dolphin Street public access, just a 3-min. walk away. Back at the home, your family will adore having a private pool right in the backyard which includes a hot tub and plenty of room for calming in the sun. There's also a private putting green for honing your skills before heading over for a round of golf at The Currituck Club's Reece-Jones designed course.

Inside, a reverse floorplan and east-facing sun deck take full advantage of the ocean vistas from the top level. When you're not dining out at one of Corolla's astounding eateries, use the freshly refreshed kitchen to prepare meals at the home. The chef in the family will especially savor the open-concept layout, where they can still be part of the action while cooking. O'Shinn View is ideal for extended families or multiple groups visiting together. With a primary suite on the top level and three additional master suites on the mid-level, everybody will have plenty of space and privacy. Downstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms and a game room.
