The community dock is just feet from this home (directly behind the home) where you can see turtles, multiple birds, and other wildlife.

Both rooms have beautiful sound vistas and direct deck access to an open sun deck, swinging day bed in a enormous screened porch which also has great sound vistas and overlooks the pool area. King Bedroom with a new 40" intelligent TV and sitting area that shares a full Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a Bedroom having 2 Constructed-in DuoBunks (Single over Queen) and new 40" intelligent TV. Between levels is a half bath. Between levels is also a King Master Bedroom Suite with new 40" intelligent TV and stereo/CD, featuring an elevated sitting area and bespoke tiled private bath with a dual-headed shower and a heated bidet toilet seat.

Top Level: Features a great room with striking sound vistas, gas fireplace, new 65" intelligent TV with surround sound and sound bar, sizable dining area and the well-supplied kitchen with granite counter tops, 2 dishwashers and ice maker. Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This property does not provide beach chairs.
