Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a carport with foot wash and entry. Inside you'll find the Elevator where you can conveniently load groceries and bags for painless access to all levels. Rec Room with Queen Sleep Couch and kitchenette with full size refrigerator. Enjoy the big screen TV and the arcade video gaming system. Queen Bedroom and a semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to the living areas) and the laundry area with washer and dryer. Step through the slider door and savor the lakefront hot tub with surrounding deck, pub height bar seating, park-style charcoal grille and an open outside shower.

Mid Level: Stairs from the ground level lead to the entry entry. Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for the sleep couch, top bunk and trundle bed in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

When to go & When to book:

  • Summer time is high season in Corolla. Booking your vacation home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is a good way to save on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties.
  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your family qualifies for a discount.
  • Property managers typically offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses.
