Your family will appreciate the bungalow style decor, 3 King Master Bedrooms with private bathrooms and Elevator access to all levels. Appreciate the vistas from all 3 levels, especially the top floor decks. Unwind in the hot tub by the lake. Bring your dog and take a short walk to the ocean or the sound. Savor the Oceanfront and Lakefront community pools or get in a work out at the community exercise center.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a carport with foot wash and entry. Inside you'll find the Elevator where you can effortlessly load groceries and suitcases for painless access to all levels. Rec Room with Queen Sleep Couch and kitchenette with full size refrigerator. Enjoy the big screen TV and the arcade video gaming system. Queen Bedroom and a semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to the living areas) and the laundry area with washer and dryer. Step through the slider door and savor the lakefront hot tub with surrounding deck, pub height bar seating, park-style charcoal grille and an open outside shower.

Mid Level: Stairs from the ground level lead to the entry entryway. On this level you'll find 4 bedrooms: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and a private bathroom, Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, deck access with lakefront vistas and a private bathroom and a Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access with lake front vistas that shares a Jack-n-Jill Bathroom with a Bedroom with a Full/Full Bunk Set, Trundle and flat-screen TV.

Top Level: Enjoy the vistas of the lakeside sunsets in the Great Room with a high ceiling, big screen TV and deck access. Dining room with deck access. Totally equipped kitchen with 2 dishwashers and counter seating for 2, half bathroom and a King Master Bedroom with a high ceiling, flat-screen TV, excellent vistas of the live oak trees and a private bathroom.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for the sleep couch, top bunk and trundle bed in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

Sticking to your budget:

• Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring months is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
• Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Note that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches. You will need to determine what configuration is optimal for your vacation family.
• Some properties allow pets, but some don't. Acceptable types of pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and additional costs may apply. Ask the owner about allowable breeds and types before booking.

• Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like unpleasant visitors bothering your life at home. Use the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and attractions you would have not otherwise known!
• Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
• Double-check every room of the rental property to confirm that you've packed all personal items at departure. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Walk through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take photos of the rental to record its condition.

If your rental and/or property manager was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise.
