Ground Level: Outside you'll find the completely gated private pool, outside shower, walkway connecting to the community beach walkway and basketball goal. Inside offers a game room with a Queen Sleep Couch, TV, game table seating 4, air hockey, wet bar with mini refrigerator and patio access, and a Queen Bedroom with TV and Semi-private bathroom. (Bathroom is shared with the Recroom).

Mid Level: This level offers 3 Master Bedrooms with private bathrooms: 2 Queen Master Bedrooms with TV (one with deck access and the other with a whirlpool bath plus separate shower), and a Master Bedroom with 2 DuoBunks, TV and deck access. Double Laundry with 2 washers/dryers and the hot tub is on the Oceanside deck.

Top Level: Queen Master Bedroom with 2 balconies and magnificant ocean vistas, TV/DVD and a private bathroom with whirlpool tub and separate shower. Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
