After a day at the beach, come home and relax in the comfortably furnished great room on the main level. It connects to a formal dining room with a table that seats 12. Sliding glass doors open to a grille and outdoor eating area. A ideal place for beverages before dinner. Back inside, get dinner started in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There are two king ensuites and a sizable bunk room on the bottom floor with two pyramid beds ideal for the kids. The top-level family room with an attached deck serves as the home’s third common area. There are many options for spreading out while still being under one roof.

It is an painless walk to the grocery store, the country club and Currituck Club's world class amenities which include the community pool with a bar and snack bar, the exercise center, basketball, tennis, Pickleball, shuffleboard and bocce courts. During the summer months, the complementary shuttle service will take you to the beach where you'll be greeted by a valet who can assist you with carrying all your gear to the beach. This service is available from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
