Third level catwalk accepts you to actually see the waves breaking on the shore! The exterior has a Hot tub located on the pool deck with a kiddie pool separate from the enormous private pool.

  • To get the largest rental home for your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Currituck attractions.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property managers usually offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra fuel expenses.   • Inspect the rental a final time and scan for damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, remember to take pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • Leave feedback! Property managers rely on good ratings to drive new bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other families will will be grateful for your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to fix it.
