Mid Level: Features a sizable handicap friendly King Master Bedroom with TV, roll in shower and private balcony, 2 Queen Bedrooms with private decks that share a full bathroom, and a family room with TV/DVD, Queen Sleep Couch, Xbox, and deck access. There is a half bathroom between the mid and top level.

Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

  • Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring months is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties.
  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.

  • Property managers often offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance.
