This Oceanside 6 bedroom, 5.5 bath luxury intelligent-home is located in the Corolla Light Resort. A 3200 square foot beach getaway, this home sits atop one of the highest tons with superior sound, ocean, and sunset vistas. Recently constructed, this home features modern decor and an elevator offering simple access to all levels. Totally appointed with Wi-Fi, Cable, Spotify Netflix and Hulu.

This intelligent-home is one of the only in Corolla, where you use your voice to comfortably control the Sonos sound system, Nest temperature system, automated blinds, lighting throughout the home, and phillips hue accent lighting; of course, there are traditional switches if you've come here to just disconnect. Other technology includes refreshed huge washer and dryer, two sizable fridges, two microwaves, updated Super HD TVs, and high-speed charging USB ports in all rooms, the kitchen island, and poolside.

The kitchen is complete with updated new chef knife sets, cooking and baking tools, a rice cooker, an Instant Pot, crock pot, and a huge dining table with seating for 10 to 12 and gorgeous sound, ocean, and sunset vistas, and 3rd level deck access overlooking the pool, volleyball court, and beach and sunset vistas. The great room next to the kitchen features 12 ½ foot ceiling, updated 55" Super HD TV, Sonos soundbar and sub, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Alexa, sectional couch with sound and sunset vistas, gas fireplace, board and card games, 3rd level deck overlooking the pool and offering great sound, ocean, and sunset vistas, ½ bath, and a private dining nook.

Outdoor amenities include a gated pool area with Tiki bar overlooking a enormous 14 X 30 heated pool (fee to heat), a 6-7 person hot tub, streaming outdoor music, a hammock, a volleyball court, multiple dining areas, gas and charcoal grilles, outside shower, Oceanside and Soundside seating, and high end pool loungers.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
