A shining pool, calming hot tub and ample decking are just a few of the things that make the astounding pool area! Parlor in the hot tub or sit on the decks appreciating the impressive ocean and lake vistas. Your family is sure to savor all this home has to offer including a game room with game table. Lago Vista is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge for guests bringing family pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet costs range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes.

Layout:

Ground Level: Game room with foosball table, game table, sleeper couch and mini refrigerator, a full bath, the laundry area and access to pool area.

Mid Level: Two queen bedrooms, a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with pyramid bunk with trundle, two full hall baths and access to the covered deck with hot tub.

Top Level: King en suite with private bath, a half bath, kitchen, great room with gas fireplace and handsome vistas of the lake and ocean. King and queen bedrooms have private access to the deck and vistas of the lake.

About the Area

Located by the sea, this vacation home is in Ocean Sands, a neighborhood in Corolla. Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education and Wild Horse Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars and The Sanderling Spa. Corolla Raceway and Nor'Banks Sailing are also worth visiting.

  • In the Currituck area, The earlier your group can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation rental up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.

Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra fuel expenses.
