The mid-level covered deck overlooks the pool and has a porch swing and plenty of seating, while the top-level sun deck with a picnic table and additional seating opens off the great room. A collection of bright artwork, wood floors, open floor plan, and completely equipped kitchen make this home inviting for all of your guests. Just a few of the many amenities include a pool table, foosball, volleyball, and plenty of infant equipment, making it the ideal choice for your family. Outside the pool fence, you will find a professionally landscaped yard with more recreation, including a grass volleyball court and a basketball goal by the driveway.
