Top Level: Great room with 55" flat-screen TV, dining room seating 10, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4, half bath, and a King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and whirlpool tub.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Gas Fireplace is not available for guest use.

Special Event Details: This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event accepting up to 75 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can not be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional costs that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is returnable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $1000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Monteray Shores, a neighborhood in Corolla. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Currituck Beach, while Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education and Wild Horse Museum are cultural highlights. Finding your perfect vacation home:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Reserve your Currituck rental property in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to get the benefit of gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.   • The earlier your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are reserved early. Reserving your vacation rental up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
  • Property managers often offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance protection.   • Double-check the property to confirm that you've packed everything on check-out day. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
