Ground Level: Offers a sizable playroom with 2 DuoBunks, TV/DVD, foosball table and half bath.

Mid Level: Features a King Master Bedroom with TV and private entrance to sitting room with laundry area, King Bedroom with deck access, Bedroom with 2 Singles, full hall bathroom and a Master Bedroom with a Double and Single. All bedrooms open to decks with ocean vistas. Hot tub is on this level's deck.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

  • Re-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed everything at departure. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host isn't available, ensure that you take pictures of the property to record its condition.
