Ground Level: Private Den with a Day Bed with pop-up Trundle to make King, high-speed wireless internet, TV/DVD, PlayStation, and a full bath. Laundry room with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with TV, King Bedroom with TV, Bedroom with 2 Singles and TV, Bedroom with a DuoBunk and Trundle, full hall bath and the hot tub is on the deck. All Bedrooms on this level have deck access.

Top Level: King Master Bedroom with whirlpool tub, TV, and deck access. Great room with gas fireplace, TV/DVD and stereo, dining room seating 10, completely-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4 and an under the counter ice maker. Half bath between the mid and top level. Ships Watch with Ocean vistas.

Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Beach Cabana Service: 6 chairs and 2 umbrella will be set up Monday- Friday at the main beach access in Buck Island. Talk to the cabana guys at the beach for your weekly service. Weather permitting they will be set up Monday through Friday, Memorial day to Labor Day. Umbrellas and chairs may not be set up on extremely windy or rainy days.

You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
• Property managers often offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for details.
