This handsome Oceanside home in Buck Island is centrally located with just a short, safe walk to the beach or communities or drive to eateries, shopping, and the grocery store.

Ground Level: Private Den with a Day Bed with pop-up Trundle to make King, high-speed wireless internet, TV/DVD, PlayStation, and a full bath. Laundry room with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with TV, King Bedroom with TV, Bedroom with 2 Singles and TV, Bedroom with a DuoBunk and Trundle, full hall bath and the hot tub is on the deck. All Bedrooms on this level have deck access.

Top Level: King Master Bedroom with whirlpool tub, TV, and deck access. Great room with gas fireplace, TV/DVD and stereo, dining room seating 10, completely-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4 and an under the counter ice maker. Half bath between the mid and top level. Ships Watch with Ocean vistas.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Beach Cabana Service: 6 chairs and 2 umbrella will be set up Monday- Friday at the main beach access in Buck Island. Talk to the cabana guys at the beach for your weekly service. Weather permitting they will be set up Monday through Friday, Memorial day to Labor Day. Umbrellas and chairs may not be set up on extremely windy or rainy days.

Remember that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You will need to determine what is right for your family.

• Walk through the property a final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
