At Simple Pleasures you are close to two super-markets, the 60 shop Timbuck II shopping center, Adventure mini-golf and bumper cars, movie theater, great dining, parasailing, the Currituck Lighthouse, the Whalehead Club and other fun activities such as the wild horse tours and coastal kayak adventures.

On the Top Level you will be greeted with extraordinary cathedral ceilings: A completely equipped kitchen featuring a breakfast bar which seats 3.
The dining room comfortably seats 12 so everybody can be together for meals and late nighttime games. Features direct access to the giant sun deck along with the gas grille. The living room has two calming couches, a gas fireplace (off-season only), ceiling fan, 42 inch flat screen T.V. and DVD player, and a stereo with a CD player. A beautiful master suite is also on this level which has a king size bed, ceiling fan, private deck access, a 32 inch flat screen TV and DVD player and a full bathroom. The bath has a whirlpool tub, shower, double sink and a make-up mirror.

The Mid-Level: The laundry closet complete with a full size washer and dryer along with the second level covered deck.
The well appointed second living area has a wet bar, mini refrigerator, games and puzzles, ceiling fan and gas fireplace (off-season use only) along with a 27 inch T.V. with a DVD player. There is also access to the covered deck and hot tub which overlooks the private pool (14 feet by 30 feet). The second master bedroom is located on this level which has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, 32 inch flat screen T.V. and a full bathroom. The bath features a double sink, whirlpool tub and separate shower. There is a full hall bathroom featuring a whirlpool tub and shower which connects to a bedroom with a king size bed and a bedroom with a double. This bedroom has a ceiling fan and a 32 inch flat screen TV. The final bedroom on this floor has a duo-bunk along with a ceiling fan, 32 inch flat screen TV, kid's toys, a pack and play and an assortment of books and videos.

The ground level: The main entrance to the home is located along with a second wet bar and a mini refrigerator. The final bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, another pack and play and a 14 inch TV/VCR combo. Lastly, the fun is waiting for you in Simple Pleasure's recreation room which has direct access to the private pool and enclosed outside shower. There is also a 6 foot pool table/ping pong table, stereo with CD player, two Mega touch multi-game arcade games and a 32 inch flat screen TV.

Outside is where everybody enjoys the 14 foot by 30 foot private pool. There is also an enclosed outside shower, park grille, fish cleaning table and a basketball goal!
