The third level features a roomy open concept main living area for the whole family: you'll find plenty of space in the great room to host a family gathering. Appreciate the convenient access of the 6th bedroom off the main living area with a twin day bed and private half bathroom. The refreshed cavernous kitchen with bright cabinetry and tile floor is well-equipped with everything necessary to create delicious dishes. **Private unheated pools will open on April 16th and close on October 1st. Hot Tubs are available year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No family pets allowed in pools.**

- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
