The third level features a roomy open concept main living area for the whole family: you'll find plenty of space in the great room to host a family gathering. Appreciate the convenient access of the 6th bedroom off the main living area with a twin day bed and private half bathroom. The refreshed cavernous kitchen with bright cabinetry and tile floor is well-equipped with everything necessary to create delicious dishes. Outside decks galore will provide ample sunrise and sunset vistas and the opportunity to take in some salt kissed ocean air anytime you choose.

Head down to the second level to find a spacious King En Suite with a private bath and slider access to the outside deck. **Private unheated pools will open on April 16th and close on October 1st. Hot Tubs are available year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No family pets allowed in pools.**

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
