Additional Amenity Details:
Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 13, 2024 and May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025. Pool heat is an available option at this property, for a fee of $400 plus tax. Hot tubs are available year-round. Gas fireplaces are shut down from May 15 until September 15. No trailers are allowed at this property.

All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a modest fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

Money saving strategies:

  • In the Currituck area, The sooner your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved very early. Reserving your rental home up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental property.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To find the best value, consider changing your family's Currituck trip dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer excellent temperatures, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Some property management companies offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer guests an option to add trip insurance protection.
