As you step into this gorgeously decorated home, you'll be greeted by cavernous living areas filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The top level offers an open floorplan to allow gathering and acts as the ideal place for plenty of memories to be made. Curl up with a book in the ship's watch, get some work done in the study or gather together on the roomy couch to savor movie nights with everybody. Located on the first floor, there is a den, completely equipped with a wet bar and full-sized refrigerator, ideal for storing additional beverages and food as well as a TV for the late-nighttime movie marathons. FINALLY features six bedrooms, each designed with relaxation in mind. When it's time for bed, each floor has a master suite, all with a private bathroom and direct access to a private deck where you can relax under the stars or appreciate your morning coffee while soaking in the sea breeze. The mid-level king bedroom is even handicapped friendly with a wide-entrance, a roll-in shower, shower seat and grab bars. For convenience, you can use the elevator to navigate between floors. Community pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Dates and times may vary dependent on weather and pool management companies.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (e-mail is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
