**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**
**Up to two family pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**
**Pool will open May 1st and close mid October**

The home is located in the Ocean Sands Community in Corolla. The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can comfortably plan your transportation!
Other Things to Note:
Family Animals are welcome, however, in order to ensure the cleanliness of our property for future guests we will require an additional fee of $150.
The pool will be open from 5/1 - 10/15. If your stay is outside of this date range and you would like to use the pool, please reach out and I will do my best to accommodate.
Payment Schedule:

High speed Wifi is an amenities that is supplied at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
