Includes an open family room with 70" Intelligent TV, eat-in kitchen with plenty of counter space, two dining tables, two sinks, 4 bedrooms each with their own 50" Intelligent TV; 1 Master bedroom with king size bed and access to the wrap around deck, 3 bedrooms with queen size beds (2 of these bedrooms also have access to wrap around deck). 2 full bathrooms are also located on the main level.

Open loft with a huge bedroom including a 40” Intelligent TV. 4 sets of bunk beds (6 twin & 2 full) ideal for sleeping up to 10 kids or young adults (top bunk beds are rated for a max. of 200 lbs). Nook room with private exit to sun deck and narrow twin bed is also located on top level and is ideal for an older kid or teen (there is no TV in the nook room). There is also one full bathroom located in loft between the bedroom and nook room. The top level also has access to sun bathing deck to appreciate a striking sunrise or sunset.
