This bespoke constructed and impeccably maintained oceanside vacation home, located in the fashionable Ocean Sands community of Corolla on a peaceful cul-de-sac, features vistas of the Atlantic Ocean and is a short walk to the beach on a close by sandy path. North and East open spaces provide privacy.

The upper level offers a cavernous great room with tons of natural light, impressive ocean vistas, constructed-in shelving, and ample seating for calming with family and friends (please note - fireplace not for guest use). The well supplied kitchen highlights a charming layout with a pantry, island, dining seating for thirteen, and access to the screened porch that leads to the rooftop deck to experience spectacular sunrises and sunsets! Also included on this level are a master king bedroom with a private balcony overlooking open space, a powder room, and an east facing deck to soak up the salt air and ocean breezes.

The mid level has two covered decks, a enormous den, a master bedroom with king, a master bedroom with queen, and a bedroom with two twins.

The well appointed lower level will entertain your family with a humongous game room with pool table, game table, and wet bar with full size refrigerator. Sleeping accommodations include a king bedroom, bedroom with two bunk sets, full hall bath, and laundry area. Access to the pool area.

The fun continues outside with a private saltwater pool and hot tub. An outside shower washes away the salt and sand and two grilles supplied for cooking those gorgeous summer meals.
