Appreciate access to resort amenities like community pools and athletic courts, or appreciate private relaxation in the pool & spa right at home. The home itself is laid out for 22 guests and supplied with all you need from mealtime in the kitchen to bedtime in one of the comfortable rooms. Your stay will be ideal at Pine Island Perfection!

The Space:
Welcome to Pine Island Perfection, where the beach is a 3 min walk away and relaxation is right onsite. From top to bottom this home is elegantly appointed for your group of up to 22. The top level features a great room with high ceilings and plenty of windows that allow the Carolina sun to stream in and invites guests to relax in comfort on the all new bespoke furnishings after a long day on the beach. The addition of a new wet bar combined with the open floor plan makes entertaining a breeze for bigger family groups! The modernized kitchen includes high-end finishes like solid wood cabinetry, opulent quartz countertops and new appliances. Stylish hardware and striking blue backsplash add a casual coastal feel to the space. The chef of your group will appreciate to whip up delicious meals that you can savor at the dining table or al fresco on the deck.

6 bedrooms offer plenty of space for your group to spread out and rejuvenate. The top level has a master king bedroom w/ a private ensuite full bath. On the mid level you will find another king bedroom w/ a private ensuite full bath, and 2 queen bedrooms with a full hall bath. The ground level offers another queen bedroom, and a bunk bedroom with 3 double bunk beds (this room alone can sleep 12!) and a hall bath for convenience. And for bigger groups who need a little additional space, the full size additional refrigerator is ideal for storing snacks and drinks to comfortably grab on your way out to the beach!

The addition of our three seasons game room gives our guests an additional entertaining space directly off the pool area. Its close proximity to the bunk room makes it a great hangout spot for the kids.  Cozy seating, TV, and a ping pong table provide hours of entertainment for the young and the young at heart. The competitive ones in your group can challenge each other to a round of pingpong or foosball. Take a dip in the shining private pool or relax in the spa on the deck while you soak in the salt air and ocean vistas.

While the home has so many marvelous amenities, you will also have access to Pine Island's community amenities, including two oceanside community pools with bathrooms, showers, picnic tables, and refreshments. These pools are a ideal stop if you're in town early and the home isn't ready yet! There's also athletic courts (tennis, pickleball, basketball), kids's playgrounds, a tennis and exercise center (for a modest weekly fee), and more!

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

**Up to two dogs of 100 lbs are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation. No cats due to allergies**

**Pool will open May 1st and close mid October**

Corolla is a handsome Outer Banks town known for its wild horses, pristine beaches, fun local attractions, dining, and vistas from both the oceanside and sound side. This OBX village features gorgeous beaches, wild horses, and local businesses galore. It's the ideal balance of nature and beach town.

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.

The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered family pets, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Pine Island, a neighborhood in Corolla. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Corolla Beach.   • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for additional information.
