The ground level offers plenty of parking and features a basketball hoop hanging from the mid-level deck. This level holds the impressive rec room, complete with a foosball table, mounted TV with Roku and DVD player, and a wet bar. There's also a convenient half bath. The kids will adore the master pyramid bunk bedroom and private bath with a shower/tub combo! Out back you'll find the private pool and hot tub. You can also take advantage of the charcoal grille—ideal for capturing that smoky seafood flavor when grilling filets!
The mid-level holds 4 other bedrooms: A master king and private bath, a master queen and private bath, a bedroom with 2 bunk bed sets, and a bedroom with 2 twins.
