There's even a bubbly hot tub—ideal for calming those tired muscles after a long day of play. Appreciate some rays on the wraparound sun deck or a cool evening breeze while rocking in the porch swing on the mid-level covered deck.

The ground level offers plenty of parking and features a basketball hoop hanging from the mid-level deck. This level holds the appealing rec room, complete with a foosball table, mounted TV with Roku and DVD player, and a wet bar. There's also a convenient half bath. The kids will adore the master pyramid bunk bedroom and private bath with a shower/tub combo! Out back you'll find the private pool and hot tub. Please Note: Parking in Ocean Sands is the space included with the home that you are renting. If you have more cars than spaces you will need to identify alternate parking outside Ocean Sands. There is no parking in the street due to the need to have room for emergency cars to access the homes.
