Kandel in the Wind has all the bells and whistles to make your next vacation a memorable one. Located in the peaceful oceanside neighborhood of Crown Point, you will appreciate amenities like the huge community pool, tennis courts and private beach access only 185 yards from the bungalow. Conveniences are close by including grocery stores, amazing eateries, stores and stores, a movie theater and countless outdoor activities.
The three level interior is bright and cheery and features radiant wood floor in the great room and granite counter tops in the kitchen.
The upper level has a great room with enormous flat screen TV, wood floors, cathedral ceiling, gas fireplace (for use in the off-season), comfortable furnishings and access to the upper sun deck. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator with ice maker, range/oven, microwave, dishwasher and bar seating for four. The dining area seats up to ten. Finally, the king master bedroom has a TV, direct deck access and private bath with dual sink vanity.
The mid-level has a den with sleep couch, flat screen TV, and access to the covered deck. There are three master bedrooms; a queen master bedroom with a TV, balcony and private bath. A king master bedroom with a TV, access to a covered deck and a private bath. The third master bedroom has two twin beds, a TV, access to covered deck and a private bath.
The lower level has a rec room with a pool table and a convenient wet bar with sink, microwave and full refrigerator. There is a bedroom with two twin bunk sets and a second bedroom with a pyramid bunk set with trundle. The bedrooms share a full hall bath. The washer and dryer are also located on this level.
Outdoor amenities include a private pool, hot tub, covered parking, two charcoal grilles and two outdoor showers. The community pool and tennis courts are just steps away.
