Den with a Double Sleep Couch, flat-screen intelligent TV, Wii, XBox and deck access, a Bedroom with a DuoBunk with a flat-screen intelligent TV and semi-private full bath (Second door from bathroom to hallway).

Mid Level: Entry level to entry, King Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV and deck access and 2 Queen Bedrooms with a flat-screen intelligent TV and deck access (one has screened porch access) that share a jack-n-jill bathroom. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with a huge flat-screen TV, home theater sound system, dining room seating 10 with deck access, kitchen with subzero refrigerator, TV, 2 ovens, oven warmer, dining table seating 4, deck access and a half bath. King Master Bedroom with a flat screen TV, deck access and private full bathroom with dual head shower and bidet.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Beach Cabana Service: 4 chairs and 1 umbrella will be set up Monday- Friday at the main beach access in Buck Island. Talk to the cabana guys at the beach for your weekly service. Weather permitting they will be set up Monday through Friday, Memorial day to Labor Day. Umbrellas and chairs may not be set up on extremely windy or rainy days.

Booking your vacation property six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.

You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.

• Re-check the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items at departure. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
