  • Private vacation home

Located in the Currituck Club, this Outer Banks vacation home is overflowing with amenities both indoors and out. The rec room is a comfortable place to watch the game on the TV or rack on the pool table. Maybe challenge yourselves with a game of foosball or a match of ping pong. Once you're done with all that you will probably want to step through the patio door to savor the professionally landscaped yard, the private pool 16' x 35', soaking in the hot tub, or in one of the great hideaway spots in the home to read your favorite novel.

Cleaning your fresh catch is no problem at the fish cleaning station... then grille them up on the deluxe gas grille located just outside the kitchen on the sun deck. Bon Appetit! The chef of the family will appreciate this charming kitchen with granite counter tops, double dishwashers, a gas prepare top, prep sink and breakfast bar. A sizable screened deck off of the kitchen is the ideal spot to appreciate your morning coffee while looking at the gorgeous vistas of the 10th Tee and fairway.

This home is wired for sound with Klipsh Zon Whole House Audio System, including: 8 zone control panels in the great room, kitchen, screened porch, all the masters, and the rec room. Plug your iPod into one of the two docking stations, kitchen and pool area and listen to your favorite tunes throughout the system.

No family pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. All trolleys run from Saturday of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Please refer to the House Rules section of this listing for pool opening/closing dates.

Tips and Tricks to get the perfect vacation property experience:

When to book & When to go:

  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer months are high season in the Currituck area. To get the largest rental home within your budget, we suggest booking in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property managers usually offer guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for specifics.
  • Find a copy of your local visitors guide when you check-in. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local stories, visitors guides contain discounts for nearby accommodations and attractions.

Selecting the best rental home:

  • Select a group leader, choose your dates, and select a budget.
  • Note the number beds and what type of bedroom configuration your family requires. Perfect Peach: Private Pool, Spa, Club Access has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rentals search.
  • Specific information about bedrooms and bed counts is almost always available on booking pages. If they are not listed, email the property manager before reserving the vacation home. Remember that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds in living rooms. You'll need to establish what is right for your vacation family.
  • Some rentals allow pets, but some don't. Acceptable types of dog or cat, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional costs may apply. Ask your host about pet restrictions before booking.
  • If there's a certain Currituck beach you simply love, browse properties that are either close by, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for guests with disabilities. Make certain to ask about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.

Have a wonderful stay:

  • We recommend storing the manager's contact information in your smartphone.
  • Hosts are there to help! Feel free to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Keep your rental home locked while you're gone! Don't let thieves ruin your trip.
  • Document any issues with the rental upon arrival, and immediately contact the owner. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be very helpful if damages are attributed to your stay.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disagreeable vacationers bothering your peaceful home. Practice the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great local food and places you would've not otherwise known!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Double-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items at departure. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did your family have a fantastic stay? Many rental home management companies make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your rental property and/or host was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was wrong and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
