A Wave From It All is a enchanting oceanside home in the pristine community of Pine Island! Designed to be a place of relaxation and rejuvenation, it features gorgeous beachy décor in a cavernous design that accepts for the whole crew to get together. Or, steal away to the comfortable ships watch and grab a book from the library and catch the sunset vistas from the bench seating. The generously equipped kitchen is a prepare’s dream and the dining table has seating for 12 and you can fit three more at the bar. There are multiple new appliances (2022). In addition to the hot tub and enormous pool with nice lounge chairs, the roomy decks have tons of seating and are prime for catching oceanside breezes. There are plenty of family games, a pool table, corn hole, volleyball, basketball, and a enchanting kids’ bunk bed-playroom. There’s even a kitchenette on the ground level with a microwave and a full-size refrigerator for keeping poolside drinks chilled. You also have access to two sizable community pools, tennis courts, and cycling trails throughout the peaceful subdivision that are ideal for leisurely afternoon strolls. A Wave From It All is the ideal beach vacation home for everybody in the family.

Ground Level: Two bunk sets and trundle bedroom and a TV; hall bath; recreation room with pool table, TV, Blu-ray player, Wii, kitchenette, full-size refrigerator, microwave, outdoor speakers, and door to the pool area.

Mid-Level: main bedroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower, TV, and deck access; main bedroom with shower only, TV and deck access; bedroom with TV/DVD and deck access; open sitting area with a queen couch bed and deck access; full hall bath.

Top Level: main bedroom with TV, huge tiled shower and slider access to oceanside deck; great room with gas fireplace, deck access, TV, Blu-ray player; dining room with seating for 12; kitchen with breakfast bar and seating for three; powder room. Ships watch reading nook with library and seating.

Conveniences: Private unheated pool, hot tub, basketball goal, gas grille, keurig coffee maker, second refrigerator, outside shower, rec room, pool table, whirlpool tub, pack'n play. Beach access: 262 yards.

THINGS TO KNOW

This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically.
The pool is open from the end of April through mid-October.
