Your family will savor Golden Days and starry nights from the many ocean view decks in this architecturally pleasing home with wrap-around glass and hand painted designers flairs. Great location close to the beach, oceanfront clubhouse, community pools and playgrounds.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a carport, outside shower, charcoal grille, 2 picnic tables, enormous deck area and a walkway from the home to the community walkway for painless beach access. Inside you'll find a Den with flat-screen TV/DVD, Queen Sleep Couch, pub table seating 2, patio deck access, full size refrigerator and a modest ice chest / freezer (sizable enough for a few bags of ice). Full hall bathroom and the laundry area with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private deck access, Queen Master Bedroom, Bedroom with 2 Singles and deck access that shares a jack-n-jill bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets plus deck access. The hot tub sits on this huge mid level deck.

Top Level: Great room with a flat-screen TV/ Blu-Ray DVD, sound bar and deck access. Well equipped kitchen with counter seating for 2, dining area seating 12 with access to a covered deck with a picnic table and grille and a half bath. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV/DVD, full private bathroom and private deck access.

Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Gas fireplace is not available for guest use.
