Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a carport, outside shower, charcoal grille, 2 picnic tables, huge deck area and a walkway from the home to the community walkway for simple beach access. Inside you'll find a Den with flat-screen TV/DVD, Queen Sleep Couch, pub table seating 2, patio deck access, full size refrigerator and a modest ice chest / freezer (enormous enough for a few bags of ice). Full hall bathroom and the laundry area with washer and dryer.
Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private deck access, Queen Master Bedroom, Bedroom with 2 Singles and deck access that shares a jack-n-jill bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets plus deck access. The hot tub sits on this sizable mid level deck.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost.
