Free Off Season Pool Heat! See Details Below!
This is the ideal vacation rental for your family: economical and very nice with tons of extras. The home is located just 800' from the beach down a paved path (not a road)! We are also conveniently located just a short walk from many eateries and stores. Very, very safe for families, with the nice new path to the ocean and the great fenced in back yard with a swing set & slide, plenty of space to run around, a volleyball court, horseshoes and grilles. The sizable pool is placed within a humongous pool deck with a hot tub and plenty of gathering space, a lighted basketball area is ideal for active visitors, and tons of deck space can be found around the home to savor the pretty Outer Banks weather.

Pool Heat is included with your stay from 3/23/24-6/1/24 and 8/31/24-10/12/24. Available during other weeks for an additional $250 pool heat fee. The pool heat will only work if the air temp is 60 degrees and is only capable of heating the pool to 10 degrees above the ambient air temperature.

Top Level: Cathedral ceilings set off this very cavernous great room w/ 47" flat screen TV w/ sound bar, Blue Ray, gas fireplace, dining table, separate breakfast nook, giant kitchen with a long island and plenty of bar stools to provide a great spot to be a part of all the action. There are some ocean vistas and a wrap around deck with picnic table. A Queen bedroom with a flat screen TV/DVD completes this floor with a semi-private bath, TV, and deck access.

Mid Level: Reading area w/ 2 chairs, wrap around deck w/ covered portion & picnic table, Queen bedroom w/ Flat Screen TV/DVD shares a bath w/ a bedroom w/ 2 single beds. Queen MBR w/ flat screen TV/DVD & deck access.

Ground Floor: Rec. Room w/ flat screen TV, pool table, wet bar (full size refrigerator), separate sitting area w/ flat screen TV/DVD, and a covered area with picnic table King MBR w/ flat screen TV/DVD, bedroom w/ 1 bunk bed & 1 duo bunk, full hall bath, laundry room. Outside: Lighted basketball area, private pool (12x24), private hot tub (6), fenced in back yard w/ volleyball, horseshoes, 1 gas grille

Cancellations: If, after your initial payment, you need to cancel your reservation, every attempt will be made to re-rent the property. All notices of cancellation must be in writing. If the property is re- rented at full price, you will receive a full refund of moneys paid, less a $150 cancellation fee, travel insurance premium (if purchased) and all applicable taxes. If the property is able to be re-rented, but at a discounted rate from what was paid, you will be refunded your rental payment, less the difference in the rental rate and the $150 cancellation fee. If the property is not able to be re-rented, you will forfeit all moneys paid to this reservation.
