Ground Level: This level is for play! It features a rec room with pool table, TV/DVD and a wet bar with microwave and refrigerator. Also on this level are a bath and 2 bedrooms, one with 2 bunk beds and one with a Queen.

Mid Level: This level offers 4 bedrooms. There is a bedroom and a King room that have deck access and share a bath. There is also a King main bedroom with deck access and a Queen main bedroom with sunset vistas.

Top Level: Is completely dedicated to simple living and entertaining. The huge great room includes TV/DVD and CD/Stereo The generous kitchen serves two dining areas. The drink center/pantry offers additional storage. For terrific ocean and sound vistas lounge on the deck and the sky deck.

The pool is open from the end of April through mid-October.
