Imagine how your vacation attitude will improve once you arrive at Latitude Adjustment as your beach vacation home! Located in the Villages at Ocean Hill community, it is a short walk (1800 feet) to the Tasman Drive beach access. If preferred, you can park in the modest neighborhood parking lot just down the street near this beach access too. [Note: no dogs or other animals are allowed in this home.]

TOP LEVEL:
The Great Room has a enormous flat-screen TV to savor watching your favorite programs or admiring the gorgeous vistas from the wraparound decks with expansive vistas of the surrounding neighborhood and ocean. The Dining area seats 8 and the Kitchen Bar Counter seats 4-8 more persons if needed. The sizable Kitchen is well-outfitted and has plenty of counter space for the family "chefs." A half bath is located near the Kitchen. The first of 3 King Master Suites is located on this level with deck access to the back of the home. (Note: gas fireplace is not for guest use.)
MID LEVEL:
There are 4 bedrooms on the level: the second King Master Suite has a shower/tub combo for its Master Bath. Next there's a Queen Jr. Master Suite which has deck access and new furnishings. It has a semi-private bath that is shared with the other 2 bedrooms: one bedroom has 2 Twin Beds and the other has 2 Bunk Bed sets for kids.
GROUND LEVEL:
A huge Game Room is available with a Pool table with a huge flat-screen TV. There is a full-size refrigerator available and modest kitchenette. Just outdoors, appreciate the large private pool (12' x 24') is available and a new hot tub.
EXTRAS:
This home is located near the Villages at Ocean community playground and basketball/tennis courts. Your family will be able to use these complimentary amenities; there is access to the Exercise Center for a modest fee. There are 2 community pools (one by the ocean and the other by the Exercise Center). Guests will have a pass for ONE car to park at the community amenities which also includes an oceanside parking lot, access to Sharkey's, a full-service snack bar with bathrooms located by the beach boardwalk where you may choose to beachcomb, sun, swim or walk on the pristine beaches of Corolla.

Located in Corolla, this vacation home is near the beach.
