Grand den with TV/DVD, foosball table, game table and direct oceanfront access. Laundry area with washer and dryer. Access to rear deck area that connects to the shared beach walkway, charcoal grille area and 2 outside showers.

Mid Level: Main entry entryway. King Master Bedroom with TV. A short hallway leads to another Bedroom with a Bunk Set and Day Bed and a smaller Bedroom with 2 Singles en suite with a shared full bathroom.

Top Level: Features a roomy living room with TV/DVD, ocean vistas and upper deck access. Dining room with a table for 10 and adjacent island seating for 5. Spectacular ocean vistas, well-equipped kitchen with 2 sinks, 2 additional refrigerator drawers and a half bath. King Master Bedroom is a half level above with TV, private bath with double shower and private oceanfront deck.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
