Changes in Attitude is located on a peaceful cul-de-sac right on the golf course with amazing vistas of the 12th fairway. With over 3,500 square feet of indoor living space plus 1,100 square feet of decking, this broad home can effortlessly accommodate multiple or extended families. Changes in Attitude is equipped with an elevator, ideal for guests with mobility issues. Skip the stairs and use it to send bags and groceries to the upper floors. The top-level great room features vaulted ceilings, wood floors and an open-concept layout ideal for gathering. Floor-to-ceiling windows take full advantage of the excellent view and bring in an abundance of natural light. Two sets of sliding doors open up onto the expansive sun deck overlooking the pool below. When you're not dining out, prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen with double wall oven and center island with bar seating. The primary bedroom is conveniently located on the top level and also provides golf course vistas and deck access. A cavernous ensuite bath includes dual vanities, a huge walk-in shower and a separate jetted tub.

Four more bedrooms are located on the mid-level, two of which are additional ensuites, along with a second deck overlooking the fairway and pool. Downstairs, you'll find the sixth bedroom plus a sizable rec space that will be everybody's favorite room of the home. Challenge family and friends to a game of pool or a round of foosball.
